The Founder
Nemer Al Ghool is a seasoned Senior Financial Expert with more than two decades of executive experience driving financial strategy, capital efficiency, and enterprise-wide transformation in large and complex organisations across the MENA region. A CMA, CFM and MBA in Finance holder, he has led finance functions for major retail, automotive, and e-commerce entities while advising boards on governance, liquidity, and long-term strategic planning. Alongside his board-level advisory work, he also partners with companies to help institutionalize financial discipline and accelerate scaling. He is the founder of Al Ghool Academy, an education platform built to raise financial literacy standards among business leaders and decision-makers.
